Welcome to reloadedWARE CAD/MDT (the "Service", "Portal", or "System"), accessible at app.reloadedware.com and affiliated domains. By accessing, logging into, or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
2. Virtual Roleplay & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
THIS SERVICE IS STRICTLY FOR VIRTUAL GAMING AND ROLEPLAY PURPOSES. All records, citizen dossiers, criminal histories, arrest warrants, citations, DMV registrations, BOLOs, dispatch calls, and monetary balances displayed on this portal are entirely fictional and pertain solely to virtual community roleplay within the Roblox platform.
This Service is NOT an official government agency, 911 dispatch service, court of law, or law enforcement agency. DO NOT use this system to report real-world emergencies. If you are experiencing a real-life emergency, immediately contact your local authorities (such as 911 in the United States).
reloadedWARE is an independent community application and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or directly affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or any real-world law enforcement entity.
3. Eligibility & Platform Rules
To use this Service, you must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and Discord Community Guidelines. Any violation of third-party platform rules while interacting with reloadedWARE may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of your access.
4. User Accounts & Clearance Levels
Access to certain departments, tabs, and administrative tools (including Law Enforcement MDT, Dispatch, Judicial Warrants, and Developer Panels) is restricted based on authenticated clearance roles. You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your session and authorized credentials.
- Never attempt to bypass clearance gates, tamper with roleplay records maliciously, or impersonate presiding officers/judges.
- Acknowledge that all actions taken within the CAD/MDT system (including citations, arrest bookings, warrant issuances, and database edits) are logged for audit purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
When using the Service, you agree NOT to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to administrative functions, backend APIs, or database collections.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data without explicit administrative authorization.
- Post or transmit abusive, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or real-world personally identifiable information (PII/doxxing).
- Disrupt, compromise, or perform denial-of-service attacks against the infrastructure.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, RELOADEDWARE OPERATORS AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
7. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service, or revoke individual access privileges, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of updated Terms.
