We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding any data collected.

We collect only the minimum amount of data required to provide and maintain the virtual CAD/MDT experience:
Public Roblox User IDs, Usernames, and Avatar Headshot URLs retrieved from official public Roblox APIs. We never collect, request, or store Roblox account passwords, cookies (.ROBLOSECURITY), or private credentials.
Fictional in-game stats, including virtual currency balances (cash/bank), registered vehicle registrations, virtual license statuses (e.g. Drivers/FOID), citations, and judicial warrants created solely within our roleplay framework.
Discord User IDs and role information used solely for staff authentication, permission verification, and audit logging.
Operational logs, including timestamped records of warrants issued, citations filed, dispatch calls processed, and general administrative actions to ensure community accountability.
3. How We Use Your Information
Collected data is used strictly for:
- Rendering citizen records, DMV registrations, and MDT dispatch displays in real-time.
- Synchronizing in-game status between Roblox servers, Discord bots, and the web portal.
- Enforcing role-based clearance levels and preventing unauthorized administrative access.
- Maintaining audit trails to ensure fair, transparent, and balanced roleplay operations.
We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketing companies.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is securely stored on Google Cloud Firestore infrastructure protected by strict security rules and HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Access to sensitive administrative and dispatch controls is gated by strict role-based authentication.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our service interacts only with publicly available Roblox profile identifiers and in-game fictional stats. We do not knowingly collect real-world names, physical addresses, telephone numbers, or sensitive personal information from children under the age of 13.
6. Your Data Rights & Deletion Requests
If you wish to request the deletion or dissociation of your linked profile records from the CAD database, you may submit a request through our official Discord server or by contacting our administration team.
